Just started slipping in the 3 outside gears. Normally it’s just the 11 tooth that slips which makes me think something else is up.
I guess the chain wants replacing do the other bits look ok?

Is that a black cassette that the black is mostly wearing off, or is it disgustingly dirty? 😝
If the chain is slipping and it’s not the adjustment of the mech that’s gone off, then chances are your cassette is toast. If that’s the case and you have new chain and cassette to go on I’d replace the chainring at the same time in the interest of longevity.
