not sure how to qure one but i think putting the removable padding in the washing machine might help CURE the problem.

Just wash it in a basin of warm water and some soap flakes.

More seriously, try to get some kind of mesh bag to put the removeable padding in, then stick in the washing machine. Both my knee pads and knee brace came with same

Take it in the shower with you and allow the soap to fall onto it whilst washing.

Oddly enough, a quick blast of odoreaters spray works a treat in between washes!
