any tips, and how much dose the posting cost?

Wrapped mine in bubble wrap. Stuck em in a box. Sent Parcel-force-think it was £10

is using tft's courier the best option.

I wrapped mine in card.

Plenty round the dropouts (one piece folded so the crease is parallel to the axle line and then one big piece around the whole lot to create a tube. I then wrapeed them in heavy duty plastic in case they got wet and went mad with the parcel tape. I think mine went insured parcel force 4 day for about a tenner. They got there in 2 days.

Cardboard box from local supermarket, rolled up cardboard tube to space dropout, knife and tape used the post office Special Delivery and got £500 automatic compensation thrown in for about a £10
