[#409884]

Race Face external deus xc bottom bracket very sticky today. spun the cranks a few times and it frees itself up. Took them off, The nondrive side is very crunchy feeling. Is there a way to take them apart to clean and regrease?

They're not very old so a bit hacked off at the low life...any better alternatives (hollowtech2 compatible). The shimano originals didn't even last this long.

Whichever way you choose to go, can I recommend getting your frame faced to the exact width, maybe even fractionally under. Race Face chainsets rely on this measurement being exact, if it isn't then the bearings will be preloaded and die very quickly(sound familiar?).
