Just received my 15mm reisse axle conversion from the states to replace 20mm but have not got a clue where to start ,do i need a special tool ?mavic site shows layout but not how to do thanks

Just undo the 20mm end caps, if they don't come off by hand find something thin but rigid that fits into the 2 slots in the adapter so you can get some leverage
