Anyone know if these are still being made? I used to love them. If you haven't seen them they are short videos (just a few minutes) giving a quick summary of what happened in the major one day races, or individual days on stage races.

It was the way they were done that appealed. Made by an obviously huge cycling fan with plenty knowledge, but also with a funny, flippant side to them.

Just realised I haven't seen any for ages.

He's done one new one on his IG. He was paid by ES before, so may not still be making them as it requires access to race footage.

I think he stopped putting his stuff on YouTube for boring technical reasons. All of his stuff ends up here https://www.cyclocosm.com/ but he Hans t done any vids in a while.

Lantern Rouge is pretty good, but a bit more serious than Cosmo

It's says a lot about the crazy world of cycling finances that one of the best examples of post-race analysis can't get paid a reasonable amount to produce great content.

Any man\woman and their dog can get work as a football analyst.

I really enjoyed his content and am sad that he has stopped making it.

I think he'd be great on GCN+, there's loads of dead time in the first 3 hrs of a road race, he could fill in time with insights and then do a highlights thing at the end.

The one with Ian Stannard winning Omloop in 2015 is one of my favourite vids ever. Ride on Yogi!

Cosmo is great, I wish he was still making videos.

I’ve watched some of his old stuff many, his wit is epic but analysis is spot on.

I’ve ended up watching Lanterne Rouge too and he’s good though rather more straight.

Agree about Cosmo - just the right level of analysis the casual observer like me (the magic spanner/sticky bottle etc 🙂 ), really liked his focus on classics, inclusion of women's racing, and a critique of cycling media you're less likely to get from someone actually employed in it (it was obviously an enthusiasm and not his day job). Spartacus winning Paris Roubaix I think was a good one: fire up the synth!
