Anyone recently posted a bike frame, if so how much roughly?
Who'd you use; post office, courier?

I used parcelforce and it was about £16 from Bristol to Warrington. tracking numbers etc, all sorted. Had to take it to the depot myself but that wasnt too much of an issue.
collectmyparcel are worth a look, like a price comparison for courier services.

Just under £20 using Parcel Monkey, collected from my house, delivered next working day with tracking number and insured for £400. Thought that was ok.
