Hi all,
Moving across from Octalink to a lighter XT chainset and external bb, but can't remember how many spacers go where, is it 2 on driveside and one on non-drive side?

Depends on frame & front mech type, assuming 68mm & clamp on mech not e type, then yes 2 drive, 1 non drive
