I've found this video the most useful

His method seems different in that he only cranks the pedals 1/4 of a turn,it also seems more natural when I try doing wheelies this way plus it looks like it will get you manualing easier.I'm still not very good though,more practice required...

Never in my case ๐Ÿ™ got friends who can wheelie all day, tried teaching me, but I've never got it.

With a few hours practice I got to around 10 pedal strokes this summer.

I think given flat pedals, some time, and a plan anyone can do it. I used the Ryan Leech 30 day course which was pretty good. It even comes in handy on the trail!

Ooh that was inspirational, could wheelie miles as a kid, now it's just a quick wibble. Time to put some hours back in...
