Fantastic stuff Steve!
Utterly fabulous!
Thanks chaps ๐
I'm dead impressed with your single-sided hub setup, by the way - very ingenious ๐
Thanks Ben. Had a bit of help with the idea from some clever chaps on here ๐
Looks great though how do you tension the chain?
Cool
Looks awesome, wish I had your skills!
That looks fantastic ๐
Brilliant. Just brilliant. Still needs a lefty though (can't be a righty cos otherwise it'd just turn in circles all the time).

Dood. Nothing more to say but simply, dood.
That is boss.
Totally awesome!
When does it get painted pink / get ridden?

When does it get painted pink / get ridden?
It'll be black/purple now and hoping to get welded up this week, painted next week, ridden the following weekend...all being well ๐
That ^ makes me think of doing a righty even more... ๐

Do it! As one of the CTBM sticker say, "Keep Cycling Weird"!
This is awsum!!!! Again, wish i had your skills.
When are you starting taking orders? My son would love one of these with 20" wheels.

Thank you ๐
Don't think I'll be taking orders...it's taken too long to make this one ๐ณ
Kudos! That's a work of art! I wish my frames looked half as good!
Looks excellent.
Can I ask a favour? Could you repost the picture of the rear hub as they're now showing as "photo not found"?

Most of the pics are in this gallery ๐

What a fantastic project! The bike is certainly screaming for righty. Needs to be done.
When will you be building one for yourself?
Brilliant! Thank you.
When will you be building one for yourself?
Now there's an idea..
Probably need to do a 20" for when she outgrows this one ๐
Looks ace :D.
Did you consider belt drive to remove the brake chain oil contamination possibility?
Did you consider belt drive to remove the brake chain oil contamination possibility?
I did consider it but decided against it. I can look at putting some sort of guard/shield between brake & chain if it looks like I'll need one ๐
May have popped to the powder coaters to collect the frame
Brilliant, what a great thread and build. I can't wait to see the painted finished product (and a photo of the first ride).
Photos of the bike yet?
Thanks Bruce ๐
Awesome work.
As no off the shelf bike is going to compare to this now you'll have to get started on the next size up ready for when she grows out of this one.
The only thing better than that would be the same bike with a LEFTY fitted!
Awesome work.
That is a hell of a finished product.
That looks flipping great!
Very very impressive, great use of skills!
I preferred the raw, unpainted look personally, but I'm guessing your daughter does not!
