[Closed] How hard is it to 'drop the lowers' on a fork?

Looking to sell a couple of forks I have, would like to check the stanchions over (just to be thorough) and change the oil as well. I think this is easy enough to do at home isn't it, with no special tools needed etc? Can someone advise me what I actually need to do? Is there an online guide you could recommend perhaps? 😕
