Bout 600k I think, haven't really been riding as much as I'd like, don't think I've been on the road bike at all either. Hoping to have a good August though.

65 miles exactly!

However, missed 3 group rides due to working nights and being in Ibiza.

Mainly to escape dissertation work though.

Most I've ridden in a single month, I think. I thought I was doing well, clearly some people are keener than I.

Just over 450 miles on my mountain bike.
Fuelled by emotional turmoil ๐Ÿ™
Though Dartmoor does have a certain calming effect ๐Ÿ™‚

I rode 120 miles on my mtb yesterday. But it was on roads. And in Norfolk. Was planning in another century tomorrow but I came off at speed today and aggravated a not-quite-healed wound.

Actually, I've just realised that my pattern is: ride lots, injury myself and recover for a few weeks, ride lots to make up for lost riding and then crash again. That's been it for the last four months.

About 500 miles, rough estimate that though. I've been concentrating on trail running, so there are times when the bike would have been the choice but the run has been chosen instead. Hardly any road miles, rough estimate of that though would be about 200. I have been working from home a lot in July ๐Ÿ˜†

It was a busy month so only 129km, although a lot of that was over in Torridon so I think quality makes up for quantity 8)

About 50km! Can't ride my MTB off road for more than an hour or so at the moment so have been on my SS CX bike on road and paths recently. Real shame as July's been great weather. June's MTB mileage was off the scale for me, hence the injury that's keeping me off the MTB for a while.

did quite a bit more than that on the CX bike though, but not as much as I'd have liked (200 or so maybe).

I had a about 3 really good rides at the very end of June and was looking forward to a great month in July, then I got sick for the best part of three weeks ๐Ÿ™

Then off to work for 2 weeks

So to answer your question 0, but really looking forward to August ๐Ÿ™‚

About 150k, living in Leicester doesn't give great scope for loads of mtb'ing. But I've done about 515k on the road bike as well.

900 km in 47hrs. Probably mostly road/ gravel but certainly some mtb.

There's no easy way to count up whats what anyway. What about mixed on/off road rides?

Sure has been a great summer. After last year's washout and 2months off with a bust thumb I've gone nuts this year and ridden at every opportunity.

I don't count mileage but I've been riding 4 times a week ๐Ÿ˜€

I did 935km but not a single one of them off road. It's winter here and the local trails aren't very good at coping with wet so it's all been either road or a wee bit on the turbo (about 70km).

About 250 road miles. About 50 off-road miles.

Communte to/from work is 30 miles (I sometimes take the long way home) so doing that a couple of times a week brings the totals up.

It's been a poor period for MTBing, even though the weather has been great and my son is now keen to come with me (and give me a run for my money) I've not been out more than 3 times in the month.

I did 1100km total but it was a mix of trails, gravel and road. Probably 50% road, 40% tracks/gravel, 10% singletrack/proper offroad at a guess.

Oh and it was all on a CX bike so doesn't count.

184 miles this month, most I've done for a couple of years. Not enough time for riding.

Strava tells me it was 981km in total last month. Dunno how much of that is offroad but it's probably about 30%. I usually aim to do 50/50 offroad/road but last month the TDF and a new road bike conspired against that.

931km for me, probably 70% mtb mixed between 1x9, SS and mtb tandem then the rest is road miles, July was just too nice for road miles as the trails around here have been running so nice.
