if you have a item on ebay, and someone contacts you to 'buy it now', how do you stop the ebay add.

on your 'my ebay page', on the listing's line there will be drop down options at the end - i think 'end listing' is there somewhere...

Make a new account and bid a stupid price for it, then buy it off yourself, then sell it to the buy it now guy..

Or do it the proper way..

Ton - I would probably just let it run mate. You may well get a better offer.

Is it that you can't stop it in the last 12 hours?

:edit: Ooops, assumed that it was in last 12 hours given it was on the classifieds ๐Ÿ˜‰

Yep, much better to end it and do it outside the auction rather than change to Buy Now, saves all the eBay fees.
