Do I need a bolt extractor? Or will they pull out using my hands?

It's an RP23 which is attached to Orange 5 frame. Thought I'd have a go at the air sleeve maintenance, so any help with removing the shock from frame would be much appreciated,

Many thanks

The reducers should need more than just a hand to pull them out. I normal just use a small pair of pliers to grip and twist
While pulling.

Soft jawed vice here.
Pop off a treat.

If it's a Five, they can stay in, they're narrow enough that the can will slide over them. To remove the shock from the frame, loosen just one bolt at each end and tap it with a hammer, the sleeve it screws into is a snug fit so may require a bit of persuasion to remove fully.

Thanks guys. I've managed to remove it from frame, so once I've played in the garden with my daughter (it's a sunny day and all) I'll be back in the garage to break it, i mean, to service it.

Wish me luck,

Thanks
