Not the actual bushing just the little silver / spacer thingys. All I can come up with on google is how to fit them!
How do you get them out?!

Really? They seem pretty tight, was thinking about putting a screw driver in the gap and give it a little wiggle but didn't want to knacker anything.

If they are worn they just fall out or come off really easily. Maybe put the shock mount in vice and pull on the shock while twisting.

Well a screw driver worked followed by using an allen key as a punch to get it out the other side. Made some marks on the mounts which I wanted to avoid. Ho Hum.
