[Closed] how do you centre direct mount brake?

have a stock Boardman team tt comes with what looks like a direct mount brake which the spec sheet says is a ?Tektro R540 Dual Pivot.

I can't work out how to centre it, one pad is around 5mm closer than the other.

?
