I've currently got a ride membership with BC, would like to upgrade to race membership to the get a license but can't figure out how to do it, anybody managed to do it on the website?
Phone them?
Yes, thought of that but can't at the moment.
I've emailed them.
I just emailed them to do the very same thing. They sorted it out straight away.
The BC website is awful especially when it comes to the membership/subscription stuff. It's slightly (and I mean slightly) better than it used to be but I took about two minutes to find the link to update club membership. Last year the site wouldn't accept data input for this and came up with a message saying to phone them. Rang them only to be told that they couldn't do club membership renewal over the phone! Eventually paid by cheque in person.
