I need to remove my hope headset from my C456 to fit in my soon to be delivered (tomorrow, fingers crossed) and it is proving to be a bit of a bugger to get out. Any ideas as I don't want to have to buy a new one
Thanks

Sawn off broom handle and a lump hammer - doesn't damage the frame or headset. You'll need a new broom handle every so often of course...

+1 for the proper tool, not a lot of money either.

All sorted, needed a bit more brute force.
Thanks for the advice
