Hi
I've got a day off on Weds and was going to head to Dalby. Given I think it's easter holidays. Will it be packed with kids (who will all overtake me and leave me feeling generally dejected)
late afternoon/early evening will be better, families tend to go early,
I can confirm it's the school hols in N Yorkshire.
😥
The trails usually get a little busier but no more really than a saturday.
The carparks and fields though are usually rammed with familys.
If you start up at the top (Dixons Hollow) Its usually quieter up there and less volumes of people on the trail.
As above late afternoon is a great time to go.
Most families will be having a picnic / BBQ sat out the back of the car in the car park.
Trails will be a little busier, but if you don't start on the hour (as in, meet at 9:30 to start at 10:00) it'll be fine as the red is plenty long enough for people to get spread out.
Tis £7 though. ouch.
If its raining it will not be busy
