I got into work this morning, went into the store room and saw this extremely wide saddle

Measured it at 10" across!
Why would you want a saddle like this?!
Compensating for something?
Educating people that big, wide, soft things make good saddles is a hard task. They see their sofa as being that way so it must be good for a saddle when in actual fact, the reverse is true. Narrow, slim and well designed to support at the right points.

Seller says that it measures 13"x13". I saw one in person; if they were real cheap I would have bought one as a gag gift. And no surprise, it weighed a ton!
Big arse! no ones sit bones are that wide - it just stops the flab from rolling down the sides? Maybe I'm wrong 😳
