Anyone got a cardboard bike box kicking around that they could measure? I need the dimensions to figure out the courier cost.

They are different sizes depending on the bike that was in it.

Depends on the brand, the Whyte ones used to be huge.

One I have just sent was 20x77 and the length 115 (but I had shortened it by about 15 to reduce volume for an overseas flight)

As above - there's a wide range of sizes.

We have ours custom cut by an outfit in Musselburgh. They are large enough to take a bike with both wheels in place, normally only requiring us to twist or remove the bars and remove the pedals. We even have a few large enough to take a tandem like that.

Max the courier dimensions remove 1cm to get it under then cut to fit, none measure them

Cheers, it was the size limitation on parcel force of 1.5m in one dimension and 3m length and girth that I was trying to get a feel for.
It's only a roadrat not a tandem so that should be fine.
