Anyone watching it? Some quite radical new research. Seems some folk barely benefit from exercise, whilst others are "super responders". Makes me want to go for a ride!

If it is the one from a while back being repeated then it was full of carefully worded statements and half truths which were very misleading to the casual watcher. Can't think of an example off hand but it had me tutting all the way through ๐Ÿ˜€

This guy talking about NEAT (basically don't sit down) comes across as a bit of a new age '80s bullshit guru.
