[Closed] Hope's legendary service strikes again!

I originally asked Hope if they sold a male / female lead for their Vision II lights as my light was flickering on and off with the wire movement. Also, as I had had trouble last year with the soldered connection to the battery and wished to butcher the lead and install new ones onto the lamp and battery. Hope said they did but they could do the repair.

I sent my lights off them and told Hope they were s/h (bought on here) and I'd had them for about 3 years. I also mentioned that the connection to the battery was repaired by me last year as the connections to the battery had gone a similar way.

I asked for a new lead to be soldered to both the light and battery.

Sent away on Friday. I would have had them back on Tuesday of the courier had bothered not to assume nobody was in. I got them on Wednesday and Hope had charged me absolutely nothing.

They had installed a new male and female lead to the battery and light, as I originally requested.

First class service chaps. In fact, better than first class actually.

Legendary Hope service strikes again. So glad I have other Hope products hanging off my bike.
