if you can get the uber looooong levers to fit on your bars then they are ok. I hate mine, you want to buy a nearly new set?

normal xc bar and the brakes are on the bends of the bar to get them far enough out for single finger braking

are the long levers the only reason, or anything else?

want to swap for some juicy 7s, they are great brakes!!

my email is in my prof if you want to contact me about selling them.

I've got the tech M4. Uses the same lever tech lever. I find the levers really good. The bite point and lever adjusts are great for getting the fit and feel as you like and the lever itself is nice and solid.
You have to fit the brake lever inside the shifters (so the shifter is nearer the bar grips. In the case of xt shifters you need to remove the optical display so the shifter can sit next to the brake lever. Thought I'd miss the optical display but I haven't.

I am loving mine, i dunno if it makes a difference but I run xtr shifters. I bought a second set the other day as I like em so much. I dont think thee are any brand of brakes I have not tried. These are my faves so far.

I have the tech V2 with the same levers no issue on my bike. I have used the new matchmaker type clamps to free some room up.

£200 for a pair posted, used twice, both times a massive let down and my shifters wont fit under the levers propperly without hacksawing.

going back to flawless shimano brakes. I thought i would try hope 3rd time lucky, but no these were pants as well...

Turnip - is just the levers that you don't like or the brakes performance?
