Do i need to use the little cup n cone washers as you do on avids, or does the caliper fit straight to the post mount on the fork or is adapter?

Staight to the post mount on hopes then a washered bolt through it

You need an adaptor for the size discs you want to use.
Bolted straight to the post mounts I think the X2 would need a 140mm disc. If you are getting them new the adaptor you request comes in the box.

Bolted straight to the post mount on the front it will fit a 160mm disc.
