Struggling to find the Hope/Hunter's one in stock anywhere, but I remember someone on here had found the same lube with different branding.

No luck on search - can anyone remember?

It’s just a silicone grease, as used by plumbers. Silicone spray seems to work just as well, but is a bit messier.

I can live with messy.

Tried a drop of brake fluid but still got a couple of sticky ones, wasn't sure about spray

Or as above, silicon spray should be OK. If you have a straw to direct spray/limit mess.

If using a spray just spray it onto a surface (into the lid of the tin?) and use a cotton bud etc to smear it around the pistons. Then push the pistons into the caliper and wipe away any excess.

I am using dow corning silicone grease. Best to check with Hope first though.
