hi everyone i have a set of fox 36 forks with some mavic crossmax wheels on with hope floting rotors but the rotors seem to be fouling on the forks where the caliper mounts. has anyone else had this problem
Yup had to fit non floating hope rotor on front 🙁
Some fork/rotor/mount combos just don't work 🙁
Likewise - I let it run for a bit to find exactly where it was rubbing and let it wear down a bit. Could have filed it but decided not to
Then through judicious clamping and axle tightening I got it to sit right so it ran smoothly
File down the calipers (or if its not that bad ignore it like i do 🙂 ).
i thought this was going to be the case. because i went through everything. even looking to see if the bearings where seated right.
