Double checking, DT and Wheelpro give 271 drive side and 272 disc side.

Pro2 Evo (non 40t, 142mm adapters (so 135 standard)
Mk2 Flow Ex rim 27.5

I have the following specs- 56/54 for l/r flange diameter, 33/20 for l/r offset, 562ERD. 32 spokes, 3 cross.

Only questioning myself as https://leonard.io/edd/ throws up 258/259..

It will be 271/272 although likely you'll have to use 270/272. The other measurements are for a 26" Flow EX.
