No, can't be done.
You can change axles but not width.

I'd guess not - presumably the shell is wider (but never seen one)

Are you sure? surely the NDS spacer is longer on the 150mm? do Hope really make different sized rear hub shells?

all pro2 hubs seem to be 295g which to me suggests that they are the same bar the axle and spacer?
