I've had a hope hub converted from 142 X 12 to 148 X 12. Does anyone know if it would have been an axle swap too or just end caps and spacers for the rotor? If it's an axle swap I can't find the old one! If anyone can give me some help it would be much appreciated

Just end caps I believe

Did mine last night, just end caps and disc spacer.
