[Closed] Hope Pro 2 Hubs

Any good quality water proof grease should do the trick. Hope's stuff is blue, mine is green, think its Motorex grease i've been using the same tube for about 5 years

Hope use Mobil 222, it's an EP(extreme pressure)grease designed to cope with the loads at the pawl tips, but not easily available in certain areas. We normally use Castrol Spheerol EP2, readily available from most engineers/bearing suppliers.

Just don't use too much or the pawls may not engage.

I use silicone grease.

How different is the grease mentioned above from bog standard lithium grease? Or Finish Line Teflon grease?
