When rebuilding a Pro 2 rear hub, do you need to press the freehub back into position with the special tool, as demonstrated in their instructional vid ? Mine seems to have seated fine without it (although there was no click as in the vid).

no, pulls off and pushes on by hand. Mine did anyway!

There is a tool for the seal. I bought the tool but couldn't get the clicking noise like on the vid. Can't get bottles of beer to go pop when I open them with a lighter either, oh well.

i found that a paint roller i had in the shed fitted mine perfectly, a couple of taps with the rubber mallet was all it took, they do seem to wear after a while and will then not fit/perform as they should.
