[#4189877]

I have bought a new bike with a pro 2 evo rear hub and just wanted to make sure it was not buggered in anyway as if I remove the rear wheel and QR the cassette pulls off with little or no force still attached to the free hub body by the lock ring.

It runs fine and has given me no problems but just wanted to make sure that it's normall for the above to happen. If yes I guess its for easy greasing or swapping of the QR to bolt through etc.

Some pull off easily, some don't. Think the age of the seal dictates how easy it is (The ones I've had off a few times are much easier to get off subsequently than the ones I've not had off before).
