My 18month old Hope Pro 2 Evo Rear Hub has developed 2-3mm of for / aft play, noticeable with the rear brake applied (i.e. the bike will rock forward / backwards slightly), or when checking the cassette with the wheel off - any ideas?
The bearings feel fine and appeared ok when I took the freehub off to check. The cassette is fitted correctly and there is no side to side play.
Any help would be appreciated,

Pad float/play or loose disc/floating disc rivets. Mine was the rivets

It was this, had a spare disc in the shed so all sorted 😀
