Anyone know if i can convert a standard Hope pro 2 hub to 142x12mm rear hub?

Though, you may run into the common axle-snapping issue, the walls of the 12mm axle are too thin. Another option is to upgrade the hub internals to Pro 2 Evo, which have a fit-for-purpose axle. Much more expensive though.
