WWJR, I had the same problem, and also needed some new springs. I think the only way is to actually buy a set of proper Hope replacement pads which come with both, plus the pin that locates the pads

I use a paperclip unfolded and refolded to keep them in on my M4s

Paperclip, heavy duty staple, anything like that will do.

Ingenious!
I got four sets of replacement pads from Disco Brakes as they were silly cheap, but they only came with the replacement spring.
Ho hum.
