OK I'm not that good with appropriate terminology but here goes:
Hope mini brake lever assembly (not sure what type but square tank in black and newer than the 3-silver one): i have taken everything off as it was not clearing the fluid from tank through to the hose. It seems as if inside the body that it is sticking (I have to push the adjuster screw then the internal barrel back to move anything). I have looked at the site but cannot figure how it works inside the assembly.
What are my options
Is it goosed?
Can I buy a new one if it is?
Anything else? 😀
thanks,
Gav
Try spraying some GT85 in behind the lever & cycling it a good few times
Yes - you can buy rebuild kits
EDIT - it's simply a rod with 2 seals on it - if it's binding inside the reservoir you'll probably need the kit
Thanks Uplink,
I have it completely stripped but how do you get inside the chamber? The body seems solid.

The threaded rod/adjuster is held in with a small circlip - you need to push it in & then release the circlip, there's a copper/brass washer behind it too
You should then be able to pull it out
Other than that - there aren't any other removable parts apart from the baffle in the reservoir
Cheers uplink, your a star.
Didn't want to force anything without asking first.
If it's sticking, I have to ask if you've sprayed any lube like TF2 in the vicinity, it gets in to the seals and swells them(much like using mineral based fluid does)causing the piston to stick. If you have then you'll need new seals(about £1.50 each) and you'll need to remove absolutely every trace of contamination or it'll do the seals again in no time.
