Got a used frame I bought in and would like to give the Headset & Bottom Bracket bearings a clean while things are accessible to see if any mileage left in them.
Headset is the Hope equivalent of 44/56 inset zero stack(?) and BB is Hope equivalent of PF92(?) which in Hope speak is PF43(?).
In both cases can I get the bearings out without removing the plastic cups? Are the bearings handed in any way ie do they have a thrust side which faces out?
