[Closed] Hope headset gurus (numpty help)

(excuse my lack of correct terminology)

Fitted new forks last week, part of my new'ish hope headset fell out.

anyway its all back together but i dont think its right 😥

looking at this diagram from hope...

it seems the bottom washer/seal goes on before the crown race??? is that right or have i lost it?

i have the crown race then the washer/seal, then the bearing.

also which way does the washer/seal go? i have it pointing upwards if that makes sense?

i knew i should have taken pics before i started.
