Got a hope 1h headset. Done a lot of miles, 3000 in fact. Started to click the last few week. At the mileage is it a replace bottom cup job or a clean and grease?

Take it apart, clean it and inspect for wear marks, feel for roughness when you turn the bearings, and base what you may need to replace on that. All parts are available seperately, but doubt you'll need more than just the bearings, if anything at all.
