Has anyone managed to remove the gxp convertors from a Hope BB without wrecking their knuckles or bb ? reason being im changing to a Shimano XT chainset and would rather like to keep the bb as its new and do away with the gxp side of things , save buying a new bb as well

Yep, from memory I pressed them from the inside out
I need a set and will buy them off you if you get them out in one piece!

Mike no problem , if they pop out there all yours ,iirc I never smashed them home when fitting anyway 🙂
