Hi will the newer style 183mm / 160mm saw tooth rotors work with the older style (Black caliper) mono mini's and mono M4's. Old rotor sizes were 180mm and 160mm.

Yes, I've used 160,183 & 203mm floating discs on Pikes & Manitous with those calipers.
But the 203mm is to tight on Mavericks - had to use the 200mm to stop it rubbing when hot.

Yes it should work, its only 1.5 mm at the caliper, if it rubs you might need to elongate the hole a bit. Width of disc is the same but I have had a little trouble with the bobbins that hold the disk to the ally spider rubbing on the inside of a caliper but I think that was with my shimano brakes.
