Emailed with photo of a cracked light mount, new part arrived in post next day with a nice little note.

They have supplied c slips for 20mm adapters as I lost mine and also replaced a Head Bolt all free of charce and posted /arrived withing 48 hours. Iused torque wrencch in fit of enthusiasm to follow the manual to the letter and sheared the 1st one.
I do rate the CS and attitude to customer after care.
