[Closed] Hope ceramic BB question re grease - help please 🙂

Hope ceramic bb - 2 years old (ish)
Always kept clean (seals as per Hope instructions)
Spins brilliantly and no noise.

Upon removing the outer seals today to clean old grease and muck off (again as per Hope instructions) the drive side bearing is fine, the None drive side is low on grease. I have re-greased with some green Motorex grease for now.

Question 1 - will that do any harm?
Question 2 - what is the best grease for CERAMIC bearings on a bike?
