Fitted a Hope ceramic BB 2.5 yrs ago and last night it started to make a bit of noise, no play that I can detect and still spins quite smoothly, is there any maintenance I should be (or should have been) giving it?

basically, you remove the cranks and some plastic seals and clean all the grease inside of there out, they put a small mount of grease between the plastic seal and the actual bearing in order to trap anything before it gets to the bearing itself.
I did mine roughly a year after buying it and it wasn't terrible, but it's been silent ever since
