Just replacing the seals and pistons on my Mono Minis. Have replaced the seals fine, the inner piston went in just great, but the outer one won't push past the new seal.
What's the next step? It feels like it needs a bit more force but not sure what to use.

check if the seal not twisted,
are you using silicone lube?
and the psiton needs to be square and pressure applied evenly.
also might be worth cracking the bleed nipple open a little in case there is a air lock, (I take it you got the hose etc still attached)

Got the piston in using a plastic tire lever and closed up, but after a bleed the lever is travelling too far before the pads hit the rotor. Why is that?
