I've just ordered a pair of tech3 hope v4 brakes with the correct mounts i need. The right hand lever front brake was out of stock at the retailer so I bought two rear brakes (one left lever, one right lever).
I assume no problems except shortening the hose and a bleed?

Misread at first.
Shouldn't be a problem as you have both levers.

Won't the reservoir be upside down if you reverse-hand the brake?

If you bought a left and a right lever you'll be OK just shortening the hose.
If the levers come and they are both left or both right hand then you've an issue as they are not flip flop anymore

I've read your post properly now - you've bought a RH rear brake (Euro) and a LH rear brake (UK). Will be fine therefore.....
