i have the old type mono brakes originally fitted with the 6mm hose.
fitting it to my new build, and i need more length !!
can't seem to buy the 6mm hose any more.
if i buy the 5mm hose kit, will all the unions still fit my master and brake cylinder threads?
or has anybody got 1m of 6mm hose i could buy?

6mm hose has pretty much fallen off the face of the earth now. I think I'm right in saying that you'll need new olives and new shroud nuts for each connection.
I binned my stock of 6mm hose last year.

You can easily fit 5mm but as above, you'll need new connecters at both ends - easily available for not a lot off CRC etc.
