Very happy Hope customer here.
I somehow managed to snap the axle tube in my rear Pro 2 hub the other week. Had the wheels a few years so not too upset, wear + tear and all that.
I live quite close to the Hope factory so thought I'd give them a call after hearing good things about customer service on various forums. Chap said I was welcome to call in and they'd have a look so I stuck the wheel and the dog in my car and headed to Barlic.
Met a friendly bloke at the factory who took the wheel and asked if I could wait 10 mins or so. I took the dog for a walk and came back a while later and was presented with a fixed wheel. Bloke not only replaced the axel but changed the pawls and springs as he said they were looking a bit worn. All done for free!
Thank's Hope, you'll be selling me lots more equipment in the future. 😀

I sent a Vision two battery back after it wouldn't charge, perfectly happy to buy another as i've had them for 4/5 years and I got a free replacement back within a week!
I had a 10 year old XC rear that had been used for DJ/trials etc. It cracked so I rang and asked how much to fix it, as I assumed it wasn't under warranty due to the abuse. Answer was 'No, just send it back and we'll put a new hub body on for you'. 4 days later I had a new hub body and new bearings throughout, with a note saying they had changed all the bearings and pawls/springs as they were worn. Can't moan at that!
