Pull out QR adaptors.
Drop in 20mm adaptors.
Fit spring/retainer clips.

Got one in my Garage that I need to fit too. Is it as straight forward to remove the freehub side?

They are quite a snug fit, the old QR adapters as they grip the Oring well! twist and pull at the same time.
